Take note that all the items are all manufactured per order and have a lead time of approximately 4-6 weeks. If you have specific requirements for any of the made to order items, contact our support team to ensure clarity. No refunds on our made to order items.

Cleaning Instructions:

Use a dry cloth for general dust build up.

Only use mild detergents when necessary. Do not use any brushes or sponges to avoid scratching.

Delivery:

The team at Vine & co Interiors will inform you when your order is going to be dispatched and delivered to you. If an item is out of stock, our team will recommend an alternative option or process a full refund within 7- 10 days.

All in stock products will be delivered within 7-10 business days depending on your geographical locations. Our made to order items will be dispatched as soon as production is complete as per the 4–6-week lead time requirement. Our team have a hands-on approach with the made to order items to ensure clients are updated regularly on the progress for delivery.

Damages:

Please open you package to check that you have received everything and there is not breakages. If any items are damaged during transit, please report it within 24 hours to our team info@vineandcointeriors.co.za

We will not accept any damages report outside of this time frame.
