Take note that all the items are manufactured per order and have a lead time of approximately 4-6 weeks. If you have specific requirements for any made-to-order items, contact our support team (info@vineinteriors.co.za) to ensure clarity. No refunds are available on our made to order items.

Although we have taken the greatest care to ensure colour representation is as accurate as possible, slight variations can occur.

The Vine & Co Interiors team will inform you when your order will be dispatched and delivered to you. If an item is out of stock, our team will recommend an alternative option or process a full refund within 7 to 14 days.

In-stock products are delivered within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your geographical location.

Please open your package to check that you have received everything and there are no breakages. If any items are damaged during transit, please report them within 24 hours to our team at info@vineinteriors.co.za.

We will not accept any damages outside of this time frame.
