How returns and refunds work

Returns policy

Vine and Co Interiors does not offer any returns for international shipments. We do not accept any refunds on custom-made items.

Products need to be in the same condition as received and in original packaging. You are welcome to exchange or return non-custom-made items within seven days of the date of delivery.

Once the items are returned, we do a quality check. Based on the outcome, we will notify you whether you can exchange the product for a new one or if Vine Interiors will provide you with a full refund. Our team will be in contact with you regarding the whole process.

All exchanges and returns

Exchange or return items must be wrapped appropriately before sending it back. We take no responsibility for items damaged in transit. If an item is damaged during transportation, we will send it back to you and charge shipping fees (at a minimum fee of R150); this is calculated based on your geographical location.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns for items on sale.

Kindly note all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages

Please open your package to check that you have received everything and confirm there are no breakages.

If any items are damaged during transit, please report them within 24 hours to our team at info@vineinteriors.co.za.

We will not accept any damages outside of this time frame.
