Production Details:
- Lead time: Currently 6-8 weeks (manufacturing days Mon-Fri)
- Painted, stained, and custom items may take an additional 1-2 weeks
- Handcrafted from scratch, allowing our skilled craftsmen to create a truly unique piece
Important Information
- This item is custom-made to order and is non-refundable.
- Faulty products may be returned for repair, but it is the client's responsibility to arrange return to our workshop.
- Please note that natural materials may have slight imperfections, and the colour and number of veins may vary from product to product. This is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.
- Courier or collection will be arranged after manufacturing is complete.
- Delivery costs are not included in online orders (please refer to our Terms & Conditions).

If an item is out of stock, our team will recommend an alternative option or process a full refund within 7 to 14 days.
In-stock products are delivered within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your geographical location.
All the items are manufactured per order and have a lead time of approximately 4-6 weeks. If you have specific requirements for any made-to-order items, contact our support team (info@vineinteriors.co.za) to ensure clarity.
No refunds are available on our made to order item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
